1. Acceptance

By using this website telcgsc.org and it’s subdomains run by T.E.L.C Good Shepherd Church (“the Church”), you (“the Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy & Privacy Policy

2. Memberships

Church Membership requires confirmation in faith at the church and payment of monthly subscription.

3. Use of Facilities such as the website and the app

  • Permitted Use: Members may use the Church’s website and app for their following purposes, including but not limited to:
    • Get information regarding the church services, various activities and events at the church
    • Get status of their memberships, payment of monthly subscription and payment towards other pledge to the church.

4. Conduct

  • Appropriate Attire: Members must wear appropriate attire while attending the Church or other events on the Church premises.
  • Respect for Others: Members must respect other members and stewards of the Church at all times.

5. Liability

  • Disclaimer of Liability: The Church shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages suffered by members while using this website or app, except to the extent required by applicable law.
  • Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Center, its employees, and agents from any and all claims, losses, and damages arising from their use of the website and the app.

6. Termination

  • Membership Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership in writing at any time.
  • Center’s Right to Terminate: The Church reserves the right to terminate a membership for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
    • Non-payment of subscription amount.
    • Engaging in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Tamil Nadu and India.

8. Modifications

The Church reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time upon reasonable notice to members.

9. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

11. Waiver

No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
